Shipping policy
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed you will receive another email with shipping information.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed 1-2 days from the receipt of payment verification.
All items are shipped USPS
Our Standard Shipping will take 7-10 business days. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Certain items/products will take longer if it's pre-order or custom ordered items. You will be notified via email if the shipping times will be longer.
Cancel Orders
We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
Possible Delays
USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. This change is effective April 17, 2020. Please visit USPS.com for more information on COVID-19 delay updates.
While we try our best to deliver orders on time, please understand that delays are possible during holidays, sale seasons and for pre-ordered items.
Tracking My Order
Please use the tracking number provided to you via email once your order has shipped. If your tracking number does not work using the link, please visit www.usps.com to track your item manually.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been confirmed delivered via USPS and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Local Pick-Up Orders
If the item ordered is a PRE-ORDER item, the customer will have to wait until the item arrives before picking up. All customers will be notified via email once PRE-ORDER item is ready for pick-up.
